can\'t get Bomb Factory free plugs

I can't log-in for the dl's. I just go round and round trying to get the plugs for 6. Cookies are on. Tried Safari and IE5.2. Sometimes loggiong in here takes a number of tries.

I'm having the same problem. Tried with Safari and IE. Is anyone else having this problem. If so speak up so Digi can get this fixed. I've tried a number of times.

Are you guys trying to use the same login that you have for the DUC? If you are then that is why it isn't working. You need to create a new account or use the one you have from the Digistore if you have ever bought anything there. The plugins all seem to work fine on 10.3 but Digi said there are some problems they are working on with 10.2.
